A clearer path from setup to feedback

Compact device checks show what is ready and what still needs attention. During interviews, microphone, connection and sound status stay visible. Reports keep feedback tucked into a short expandable check-in.

Gemini 3.8 Flash is the new default. Standard accounts get one free interview, with a shared capacity of 200 funded interviews per UTC day. Beta status is visible across web, macOS, Ubuntu and Windows. These source changes require deployment or a new desktop build.
